What I want to know is, how many were there to begin with? They look delish. Is that cherries, blackberries or blueberries in them?

There were twelve. I had one warm for breakfast and one for elevensies. Daughter (finally) got up and has had two so far. I might have had another at lunchtime. That’s almost my five a day as they are full of blueberries and a few makeweight raspberries. That’s how it works isn’t it?

Love it! Guessing they’re blueberry, and more Brit than American. Enjoyed reading her cook books years ago, when her kiddies were young and she first hit cable telly over here.

Hmmm. We have so called English muffins which don’t look anything like this and these cakey muffins. Who knows when and where either originated – I think it’s probably complicated. We tend to just call them both ‘muffins’ .

Whatever they’re called, am certain they’re delicious!

    Yum! Are they finished now?

I think there might be a couple left for breakfast tomorrow – if nobody’s been dipping into the cake tin without me knowing that is.

    😀 Now that’s a Sunday Seven!

      I’m glad you agree 😃

Sunday Sevens? I looked it up and there were no answers for me on Google. I do know a good muffin when I see one! Blueberries from my bushes are in the freezer. I need to make muffins! 🙂

Some bloggers write a post on a Sunday, sharing what they’ve been up to during the week illustrated by seven photos. This is my abridged version 😉
      I have blueberry bush envy.

        😀 Abridged is good.

Well now. That is a lovely and succinct (and delicious!) Sunday Sevens.

All gone shortly after – might make some more today.

I’m SURE that’s what it means!

Love your literal take on this and wish I could be so choosy with what I include!!
